    The tighter the weave on the deck floor means less fairing. How do you plan on finishing the floor after glass? I only faired seems or overlaps. The rest I did not fair because I wanted the texture to reduce slip/falls. Then used soft sand patterns on specific areas. :] If there is any area that...

    Just roll your glass when doing your flooring up the sides of the gunnels. x2. That'll be your tabbing.

    I think I poured on the high side and blocked low hole as foam reacted forcing to high side opening

    It's real nice to walk on a flat surface. Tilt you boat before you pour the foam.

    I still use fuel proof Teflon for what its worth. Been around too much stuff in my plumbing, boiler, oil, diesel years.

    That bay use to be FAMOUS for the Rockfish. Looks like they are running pretty big now along the jersey coast. Damn can't wait to get this gal wet.

    As with me LIFE gets in the way as well as many others. The great part is the boat is there always waiting for you. Cover and protect it if it ends up sitting for awhile. I can see you are too determined not to finish off this ole gal. :}
