    Here is an engine manual. I'm not so sure about Seloc. I would look for an original duplicate if possible. Others will chime in. The wiring diagrams alone are worth their weight in gold. Whatever engine you sail with you will need a good manual...

    Go to Suzuki engine forum. I've had great help from Johnson outboard guys. Could be any number of things from ground, ignition switch, cut off etc.

    Ahh you'll figure something out. :] On mine I knotched the top sides and placed neo on bottom and screwed glued them in. Where there were more gaps I added more neo.

    As I understand it there should be not tank to contact surface and neoprene being the material to use as the buffer. Something to do with corrosion. I would suggest some form of support for the top of the tank. JMHO
