Here is an engine manual. I'm not so sure about Seloc. I would look for an original duplicate if possible. Others will chime in. The wiring diagrams alone are worth their weight in gold.

On mine I knotched the top sides and placed neo on bottom and screwed glued them in. Where there were more gaps I added more neo.
As I understand it there should be not tank to contact surface and neoprene being the material to use as the buffer. Something to do with corrosion. I would suggest some form of support for the top of the tank. JMHO
I know I missed it but what ae going to do for the sags between the top
joists? Ya need a base then a cover.
