    Well, you could do the bilge and the scuppers. Just need to see how it'll sit in the water. You can always plug the scuppers up if need be.

    Covering Built-in Fuel Tank?

    New tank install with deck over flush properly installed should last for years. Proper hatch access installed for fuel gauge sender and fuel to engine. Most access lids for complete tank have a history of failure from mfg's and diy's. JMHO

    Look up Wood on Glass rust oleum formula in this forum. I've used it entirely on my boat with great success. Unable to upload to you. WOG rustoleum formula thinner and hardner

    The fuel tank floor area needs super support whereas it is usually the spot of weight and foot traffic consistently. The "notch" allows you to set your supports onto a ridged base. Alternatively, if you have the space, you could install a cleat around the perimeter and set your supports on that...

    Looks like you have some serious problems going on there. The hoses and wiring appear to be compromised rom fuel and water. Is the tank accessible to pullout like said above?
