    Ok I will do that if this happens again. As I said I just bought the batteries and they have a 2 year warranty so I'm covered there. If it turns out to be the charger I will have to have someone change it out sad I'm sure I can't do that. Thanks again for your help and the welcome to the forum.

    Well I plugged the charger back in to make sure I knew which bank was flashing green/orange before I switched the leads. Now both banks are solid green. I also tested both new batteries and they are both around 13 volts and around 12 with a load test. So if I have the same problem again I think...

    I assume you mean the 2 sets of leads from the charger to each battery right?

    It is the Noco Genius Gen2. It's the original charger that came with my 2019 Tracker Targa V18

    Onboard Battery Charger

    I just put in 2 new deep cycle batteries for my trolling motor. I plugged in the onboard charger to ensure the batteries are fully charged. One bank is green the other blinking green/orange. Can someone tell me what the problem is? I've checked the connections twice and they are correct.
