    2005 mercury 4.3 spitting oil out. Starboard side

    Yup found it. I put a rubber plug in there covered in JB weld. Hopefully it will hold, searched the web for a part and found Mercury-Mercruiser 19-807861 HOLE PLUG. Not sure if that’s the right one or not but ordered it anyway incase this rubber piece won’t hold.

    Needs some advice. New to boating and just refurbished this tritoon. Engine seems solid but it’s spitting oil out of the starboard side of the engine, I can’t see exactly where it’s coming from but looks lower than the valve cover and higher than the oil pan.
