    Can be wahts stated above but can also be rusted U joints. Remove the rams and lift drive by hand

    If the switch is activating GOING INTO GEAR you need a new lower shift cable Also the shift assist plunger has the habit of ruining the control cable to the helm Try removing it and test without it.

    On the starter it will be "0"volts On the slave it will be "0" vo;ts until the key is in "start" position The Red/purple should have 12 volts on it. But that is not your problem Do you have 12 volts on the electric choke ? If yes and no volts on the purple wire on the coil your resistance...

    shift interupt ONLY works coming out of gear to stall the motor, cause a miss to allow the dogs to release,If activated it will kill spart, By having it run hot wired means you lost the 12v from the "I" on the switch to the main harness connection

    Not unheard of but my mech pump was pushing 15psi whenever it wanted ,replaced with the Eaton electric pump and no more flooding issues. pressure for carbs should be no more than 6 psi

    to install a lower like that you put the lower shift shaft fully clockwise with prop locked CCW ,carefully raise the unit and start the front nut by 2 or 3 threads. Now locate the upper shoe and place it on the splined shaft. slowly turn the prop CCW until the driveshaft splines mate up ...
