    It's a gentle rap, like with a kid Once, with light authority. I use my flashlight (with electrical tape on the butt, it cushions said blow and is easy on the teeth) Pretty common to see the tach jump a bit after this performance

    That is an egr line, the collapsed view is from the heat soak cover. No worries on failure unless there's melting present/articulated line distress Inspect accordingly

    Tag end ground primary for something. Harnesses were mass produced for multiple packages, not uncommon to see/find these type primary grounds Think staircase to dead end in an old tyme rich persons house. If all is sound with operation it's okay to disregard said wire end

    Smallest crate motor you can get from merc with efi is a 4.3 or 4.5 these days. Actually unsure of the 4.3, they're rare in the oem marine world these days aside from the used market You could try to source a used 3.0 ec mcm motor, I've seen a couple in babyliners recently. Number one failure...
