    Until you gets eyes on parts everything with your issue is speculation. It's good to get ideas but until put to practice they're just ideas The suggestion of checking the p/s cooler is good. Do that. My guess is the cooler isn't honeycomb like older styles though, but still worth a look Unsure...

    Can you see fuel dribbling down the venturi clusters at idle/near idle speed? Is the ignition timing and firing order correct? Is the engine itself mechanically sound? What brand/style rebuild kit did you install?

    What setting are the idle/air screws set to? Spec is around 3/4 turn out from seated then adjust accordingly. I've never had a properly tuned holley on a sound engine at more than one turn out from seated

    Without a smartcraft readout gauge installed its near impossible to guess the cause of the alarm You need g3 diagnostic or diacom in order to see any/all faults associated with the issue

    Contact local motor vehicle department? Guessing you'd need a title for the boat and one for the trailer. Not all jurisdictions require a title for a trailer however Most jurisdictions will provide a duplicate title with a proper affidavit submitted with a small fee

    I'd install a separate accessory circuit for the cooler with proper fuse, breaker and switch that would be deenergized when the battery switch is turned off

    Yep, that's a raw water cooled thermostat housing Debris over the years? Anything the pump receives for supply will make it through the motor if the system is sound
