    Yeah, I live in Iowa and some years ago Iowa required Amish buggies to display a reflective orange triangle signifying a slow moving vehicle. AFIK Iowa does not require lights although some Amish display them.

    Depends on your point of view, I guess. I've been to 40 Indy 500s - every one from 1978 to 2017. I watched most of those on TV afterward on tape, dvd or DVR. So, I've seen a few things. IMO, Ericcson chopped Pato and drove him off the track. Did an Earnhardt to him. Crappy move IMO. YMMV.
