    2021/22 - CFB

The sad thing is, most schools actually lose money sending their schools to these smaller bowls so it's not really a money maker for the schools. That's why you don't hear many schools chiming in to replace some of these covid cancellations.

    Blue Sea Add a Battery

That's actually not how it works. For example, a home 120V circuit's amperage is determined by the wire size. When you wire up a home circuit you could have a 1A device attached to it or a 20A device attached to it. You don't know. Typically, if the device attached to the circuit needs it's own...

    Blue Sea Add a Battery

You really think that is for the starter current? It's not. That is for the power going to the rest of the boat's power...not for the starter.

    Blue Sea Add a Battery

LOL...you have a fuse going from your battery to your engine starter motor?

    Blue Sea Add a Battery

My 2017 Cobalt came with the Blue Sea ACR. The ACR is connected at the battery switch. The leads from the switch to the ACR are less than a foot each. No fuses. There is no ground metal near the switch or the ACR. The battery cables that come up to the switch are 2/0. I will have to look to see...

    Need towing advice

A 26' trailer would not be fine. A trailer for a 28' pontoon will be at least 32' long. Even if you meant a trailer for a 26' pontoon, that would also not be fine. 2 feet hanging off the back would mean you would have little to no tongue weight.

    2021/22 - CFB

Too many bowls...If you are 6-6, shouldn't be playing in a bowl like these two teams.

    2021 NFL - Week 16

Rams played horrible especially Stafford. 3 Ints with one basically a pick-six. They will have to play better to beat good teams.

1st time buying stocks on my OWN online? How?

I use E-trade but it's just one of many. I have a couple financial planners that do all of my trades with input fromme these days now that I am retired. They can do way better than I can do. Plus I am way more conservative now than what i used to be.

    Removed the Wrong Screw

For Volvos, that mainly pertains to the joint venture drives with OMC. On my 1998 Volvo however, I never had an NLA part and that included the 7.4L oil cooler I replaced right before I sold it. As far as the ECMs, ignition modules and EFI, that was all due to Volvos with Ford motors and Ford...

    Removed the Wrong Screw

Agreed...never had a boat payment in my life. Even the Cobalt R5 we just bought was all cash. If I could get a low interest rate, it might be different.

    Removed the Wrong Screw

It was more than just the OMC Cobra...it was also the fact that it was a Bayliner and was tired of the crappy quality of that as well. The two combined was just too much to keep it any longer

    Removed the Wrong Screw

Sorry...writing was on the wall when I was finding NLA parts for my Cobra...this was in 2001 for an 88 boat. I did ALL the work on my OMC including using the factory tools to set up the shift cable which I had to replace 3 different times.(drive always stored down) When I bought my boat, the...

    Removed the Wrong Screw

I owned a Cobra. One of my happiest day as a boat owner was getting rid of it. Thankfully, I knew never to remove that screw.
