    Cool Fuel Pump

At first thought of looking at the fuel pump wiring harness as seen below, I'd tend to want to lean towards an issue either with the fuel pump harness itself or in the working area of that harness...But since it seems to mostly happen while cranking the engine over?, Plus since you moved the...

Can’t find right steering bushing for Volvo Penta steering fork/helmet

Oh gotcha now on the lower side part, with the part numbers given they were showing as where item number 20 is in your diagram. Being on my phone right now, I can’t really tell but is item number 33 what you’re looking for, https://www.volvopenta.com/shop/0/part-sections/54145143...

Can’t find right steering bushing for Volvo Penta steering fork/helmet

Where did you order 853048 from? Was the package in new/unopened condition? with Volvo packaging? Maybe there was a mix up somewhere including the manufacturer packaging. As you mentioned 853048 should be the correct number though there appears to a possible near equivalent VP part number which...

Mercury 6.2 ECT DTS Axius Voltage Issue

Or adding voltage when not supposed to.🤷‍♂️ That's when in your case you'll want to compare the other engine to see if it's acting the same or not to see what direction you need to head.

Mercury 6.2 ECT DTS Axius Voltage Issue

Now test the other good engine to see if all the same happens. PS: In the diagram reference above regarding throttle demand vs coil packs, I see 4 (coils) 41 - 44 as coil packs to the right and 45 as T_D to the left. T_D heads to E-1, Bank C... Morning eyes maybe.:)

Mercury 6.2 ECT DTS Axius Voltage Issue

No problem, next time you're in there try to take a peek. I'm thinking if the wire is orange then it's a stock set up and running down by/to the engine starter...If red then usually something aftermarket with an isolator of some sorts mounted elsewhere....Try to follow the wire just so you know...

Mercury 6.2 ECT DTS Axius Voltage Issue

One thought that comes to mind to consider trying as well would be while the relay is buzzing, start pulling one fuse at a time all over the engine to see if maybe one of them is back feeding but pull the Main relay fuse last if possible. Also is this happening when the boat's other house power...
