    Have no idea if it's a scam, but I would suspect it's a scam. Regardless: if I wanted to register a boat in Vermont, Craigslist is probably not in the top five places I would start looking for information on registering a boat in Vermont. - I suggest you call the state of Vermont.

    Max wasn't a bad boat. They were a starter boat, but I thought they were pretty well made. Nothing fancy though. At this point it's all about condition though: so, if it's in good shape - I wouldn't be afraid of it.
