    Well that's good. Most people that have those typically never run them in thru hull mode after awhile....especially with small blocks. They sound ok with big blocks...with small blocks they are kinda lame. Not showing my age...just not compensating for something...LOL

    I just replaced a perfectly good 4 1/2 year old battery on my F150 because we go long distances towing with it and I was just being conservative. Sucks being stuck on a trip especially for a battery that is hard to find like my truck battery is.

    Put the meter on it and try to start it. See what the battery voltage drops to during the start. A fully charged battery with no capacity left will still measure ok with no load. Better yet, buy one of the cheap load testers like they have at Harbor Freight...

    Ever buy a boat to big for your garage.

    Much bigger. I have a few other friends with even bigger garages. My brother has one that is 40' x 60' that he can play pickleball inside when his motor home isn't in it. It's also heated. This is in addition to his normal 3 car garage.
