    Gun ownership and permits.

Every serious gun owner I know practices on a regular bases. Carrying a gun means you must know how and be ready to use it if the occasion arrises. Anyone that owns a gun and does not practice using it, should give it up, because when the time comes and it is really needed....you will fail...

Hiring out that type of work can be very costly....very costly ! You might want to rethink carpet, most who have it are looking to replace it with something else for easier maintenence.

    towing - engine in neutral?

We have very shallow ramps, doesn't take much power to load and with engine tilted up no damage to the ramp and with lines of people waiting in line, it is so much faster. No one at my ramp can load their boat faster than I can.....

Have enough HP for hole-shot ?

How often does a person experience the "have to move fast to get out of danger" ? Never in my 60 plus years on the water. I try not to boat where idiots boat and tend to stay clear of excessive high speed boats. Can' understand why anyone needs to go 70 mph in a boat....keep new Luke owning...

    Trim sender

I gave up on pressure speedo's years ago, the GPS is always on with the depth finder ( which is very important in my area) and my OB is a two stroke now, so fuel gage and tach are all I need to watch.

    Attempting a motor rebuild

To start, you need to take things apart, then get an inside micrometer or a dial bore gage to check the bore and see how round/ out of round each cylinder might be. Probably will need to be bored oversize so pistons and rings will need purchased to match the new diameter.

    Nervous and anxious

Sea Foam won't hurt anything in the fuel system, however...if you just replaced the fuel delivery system, why would you need to use it at this time ? It's function is to decarb the engine and treat fuel for long term storage. There are better products for long term storage but it works great...

    Trim sender

Years back when I had my I/O, I replaced the trim sender a couple times, then realized they did not last very long. Learned to go by the feel of the boat and stopped wasting money to replace a gage that will soon go bad again !

    Mid1980's Mercury 2cyl 35hp Spark Plug Question

This is interesting as I am not familiar with the auto blend system. Had experience with the OMC vro oil system and my current Merc has the built-in oil injection system that works great.

    Johnson 50 2stroke Starting issue

Your not understanding how an outboard works. Whether the prop turns in gear or not has nothing to do with an engine issue. You ask for help, why not follow the recommendations to find your problem. ?

    1992 mercruiser 3.0 idle issues

Are you making adjustments on the carb while in the water and underway? Carb won't adjust properly on muffs or in a tank. Spray some carb cleaner around intake gaskets to check for leaks. Try another compression gage, your numbers are way high.

50HP fuel connector - where to buy?

I always use OEM parts for my outboards. Aftermarket especially Chinieusm made parts typically don't work well. Leaking fuel on my boat is not something I want to experience. If 45 bucks is to much then a boat might not be a good hobby for you. Nothing about a boat is cheap, if you want it...

    Johnson 50 2stroke Starting issue

Without plugs, it should be easy to turn the flywheel....if you can't, then you have an engine issue... Did someone forget to mix oil in the fuel ?
