Hello everybody, I hope Ive posted in good section.
So far the season was pretty good but today during leaving our parking/docking spot in marina
we have caught rope in prop, it was in neutral or forward idle detend only.
The engine dies/stalled I didnt realised what happened, started again and...
Its used engine, I have got new valve cover gaskets and still was leaking oil into the bilge it looks like from front of the engine.
Can You please tell me how to be sure if #1 is in TDC? thanks

I think I have leak at the front of the intake manifold from the silicon bead, i need to replace the gaskets.

Hello, i have got Mercruiser 4.3 2005 and noticed when warm engine my alternator is squeaking.
Can I replace by myself the bearing? I think it’s delco alternator.
There is front and the rear bearing which is more difficult to reach.

Ok so
1. Cable connected to the Ground 1 side and 2 side to the wire from the gauge, should go to the right.
2. 12V Voltometer, 1 side to ground 2 side to wire from sender and should be 12V on the Display?
I will have to find trim gauge wires , can you tell me where to search? I think it will be 2 wires right?
But for the water temp sensor I’ve only 1 brown wire which goes to the sensor in the thermostat housing . Is that right?
