I have a 98 four winns horizon with a 3.0l volvo penta with a sx outdrive. Tilt worked great for the first two trips now nothing. I lost the pwr steering belt and after that i have no tilt since I put on the new belt. How and what and where do i start to test it to fig the prob out? New to me...
