    Things i hate

I hate painting too and I'm bad at it, I don't enjoy any kind of painting always messy. I usually hire a painter his rate is $17 pesos the square meter, even for our standards that is pretty cheap I will never paint again with this guy available.

What Is this alarm? Mercury 2001 125hp

I confirmed in my case it is temperature issue, the alarm is not always on it goes on when on low RPMs for a while, when it happened I disconnected both sensors one at a time and it went off when I disconnected the temperature sensor. I will be changing the impeller and see how it works.

What Is this alarm? Mercury 2001 125hp

Confirmed, it is the temperature sensor, it only happens when we run it at more RPMs for a while I think maybe the impeller is bad, if a rev it up the alarm goes off, I think at higher RPMs the water flow increases and cools down the motor, I will change the impeller and try

Back into the 1989 85hp rebuild

Did spark test today cylinder#1 with the spark tester I got spark on all three cylinders but #1 didn't looked even, so then I turned on the engine and unplugged the plug lead while running and I didn't see difference, I think I have intermittent firing, definitely something wrong there. Back into the 1989 85hp rebuild

I changed the pump diaphragm recently also, that should be ok. Ok I will test by removing the plug leads, that doesn't damage the coils? I have been always afraid of doing that and also to receive a shock. In my mind my the issue is a fuel issue, but as I rebuild the pump recently I just don't...

Back into the 1989 85hp rebuild

I sprayed the back of the carbs and the intake manifold, spraying behind the lower carb right side looking from the carb side the motor starts to rev down, it didn't die but rev down, according to what Jerry told me that is bad seal that needs to be fixed, after that I retorqued the intake...

Back into the 1989 85hp rebuild

I have put the motor back together, I was very detailed in putting back the intake manifold, I checked to see if it was twisted but seems to be ok , I used double intake manifold gasket see if it improves the sealing, I had bad reed plates gaskets and didn't wanted to wait to order replacements...
