Motor sat for a few years. Previous owner said something was wrong with the timing so he just tried turning some screws to fix it. Doing a link and sync and when it comes to adjusting the idle timing the timing light is showing its 180 degrees off and the idle timing screw does not change the timing at all. Was wondering what I should start with first.
