I have a 70ish evinrude 9.9. The only numbers I can find on the engine other than specific part numbers, appear on a circular plate bonded to the cylinder. The number is 2299980. I can't seem to locate a match at any of the model/serial number websites. Any help would be appreciated.<br />...
