My 1988 Evinrude 120 hp cranks and run great for about 5-10 minutes. Then it begins to cut in and out. It will fire for about 1/2 second and then not fire for about 1/2 second. The RPMs run up to about 1000 then coast down - over and over indefinately. I've completely rebuilt the fuel...
