Just bought this used 1968 Mercruiser Bayliner. It idles nicely. When the prop is not engage I can throttle the engine to +3000 RPM. However when engaging the drive at idle the prop turns forward (and reverse) but when attempting to increase the RPM past idle the engine stalls. Quits. Any...
