I used interlux brightside. I sanded the old paint with 220 grit, cleaned it really well, then applied the paint. I put it on with a 3" roller, 1/8"

First Coat of sealant. I used a cheap foam brush to apply interlux interprime wood sealer. Great stuff, but Thinned down varnish does the same thing
