I am looking at a 98 or 99 Exciter with trailer the guy is asking 4,200 this this is filthy it need a alot of cleaning inside and out he claims he had new carb kits put on last year and that it runs like a champ. Though it is missing both tachs for the port and starboard motors. I mean it looks like this thing really hasnt been taking care of but i am looking for something to clean up and make nice as long as the mechanics are good and the price is right. Any one got some advise or pro's and cons on these.
