I've just purchased a 2002 210cc Triumph. The forward/reverse controller is very stiff. I don't know if there is a way to lubricate the controller or how to judge if it's time to replace the cables. The boat only has 345 hours. Somewhere I read someones post about replacing the controls with a Gen II shifter. My owners manual doesn't give me any information the shifter maintenance or adjustment.
