Last month our family camped out on our 22' pontoon for 3 days, 2 night by pitching a 9x7 tent onboard. We had such a great time we thought why not buy a small house boat, one that's trailerable? All we could find was too big or waaaaay too far away, so we started looking at cabin cruisers. I liked the 28'ers I saw for size, but this 22'+ was only 15 minutes away. I went to look at it, drove it & bought it. It sleeps four adults, full head with shower, stove top, kitchen sink & working fridge. It's not perfect but I would say a 7+ out of 10. It needs a carb rebuild (runable now though), get rid of the points, I already reuphulstered the interior cabin cushions, seal a couple minor leaks at outer/upper rail connections to hull, get a spare tire for the trailer, replace the non working 15" lcd screen.

I paid $3,100 with a tandem axle trailer w/ surge breaks, it was half of what I was expecting to pay, so I was very happy. It also came with a moring cover, two props, life vests, Seloc OMC manual.

We'll be using it into late fall.
