Party Hut or Party Cruiser feedback wanted

I am in the process of looking for a 5-10 year old party cruiser or party hut. Anybody have a things I should pay attention to when looking at used ones? Have had a regular power boat for years but am going to move into something that makes camping at the lake a little more enjoyable.
