Steury trim control

I would like to update may trim control. The current set up requires me to push one button while pressing another to raise or lower the motor. There are three total buttons all in a row.
Is there nnot a way where my tilt would work up and down with just two buttons on the dash rather than three

how many wires does it have going into the buttons and I should be able to work you up a diagram and parts list also a picture of the back of the buttons would help with wires connected
