Looking good.

I didn't use any either when I did mine, but may on my next one. Will have to see.

So something to think about for the deck, figure out a good way to secure the sheets to each other. My SS16 had some flimsy aluminum strips that were riveted in on both sides, but I opted to marry the sheets together with 3/4 ply and SS screws. So as the deck moves, it is as one and not each sheet doing its own thing.

I had the same flimsy strips, not sure of a plan yet. Inputting hydro turf in. Its 1/2 inch thick. I was think I could put a strip on top of the deck to join each piece. If it is 1/2 inch as well it will but right up to hydro turf and break up the look a little bit. Boat got its final coat of paint today i should be picking it up thursday.

Yeah the decking is sealed up well and the boats looking like it's about ready for it to go in.

Looks like the original knee brace is there, the idea of adding 2 more extended from deck supports is okay but they're only held in place by 3/16" blind rivets on top the ribs.

The pln is to run a support side to side across all the bolts and tie it to the gunnels. Then run another maybe a foot forward of that attached the the gunnels and tie the 2 together. I plan to do the same at the top of the transom as well.

That brackt is sweeeet. I like the idea of the closed in transom too. I'll definitely be following along to see how that works out
