1993 Mariner 19 CC restoration project.

What is the flotation foam you used, don't think I've seen that before?

no flotation in my boat don't want that waterlogged foam destroying my precious

Ok, so the board I see in the pic is painted plywood then?

I've used closed cell rigid foam board on my SC builds but have my doubts if there's even enough to keep the boat up, maybe slow it down if sinking is about it.

yes painted ply. used polyurethane paint for water resistant.

her in Iceland we don't have any rules on boats under 6 meters. no insurance and no registration needed.

yes, I am also on Facebook, so probably there, put this side probable holds it better to gather and easier to find for those that are thinking of restoring or fixing their 19cc to see the painstaking work that lies ahead he he he, but it is al worth it believe me.

Usaly from október to April. Ther can be fue days in between that ain't so bad and I can go boating

Most on the ocean with the bigger boats. Lakes in iceland are not that big. Those that boat on lakes usely use boats that are smaller and lighter. 3-5 meters think u cale them tenders or dinghys and with smaller motors 4-25 horses. Many lakes ban boats on them.
