I've owned other boats too but here's the Sea Rays I've had... so far... it goes something like this...

My first one was this super clean 23' Weekender... I really enjoyed this boat!

My son was born and more interior space was required so this '03 240 DA fit the bill.

Then came the 24' cuddy... downsized temporarily and have some money in the bank for boat shopping again! This was another great Sea Ray.

While shopping I found this '06 240... this boat was fabulous but after a couple years was feeling a little cramped at times.

This was the remedy... an '07 290 Sundancer! I pick it up this Thursday! Have it now...

So if there's an award for Sea Ray junkie of the decade... I gotta' be in the running 'eh?

Great boats all-

here is a pic of the family searay i great up on. My dad bought it brand new in 1986 and we sold it in 1999. It has been extremely missed-

Here is my 1991 170 i just picked up for the local lakes-

And hopefully one of these days soon, ill be behind the wheel of a 27' pachanga!!! Also have been in love with them.

here is my latest, 72 220 svr cuddy fisher, 302,merc,. have a couple of 19ft cobalt classics,. butt like the looks of the searray too. any body no how these handle rough water ,. and any common prob spots on these?

1998 250 DA...just bought it, waiting for the snow to melt in MI and Spring to arrive!

Updated...got the new name graphics put on...reason for the name? as long as I'm on the boat...

SeaRay 200 cuddy cabin with Merc 4.3 ..
pics in the pool i wont get lost then

All being well in 10 days she will be registered fully serviced antifouling treated and fit to go around the world ..

Has loads of nice touches like the New Bimini cover which you can see the front section on in picture , but it has second section which makes the Cabin totally enclosed etc..

Powered anchor winch and VHF marine band radio incase i sink etc.. has a stereo etc 4.3 Merc V6 engine , etc etc..

Oh it also has small rear swim deck fishing rod holders exterior shower inside small cabin with a toilet :blink: Dunno whats wrong with over the side but it has one anyways , It has a tinted skylight in front cabin which apparently small people can sleep in , i am to tall so be a rough night for me :lol_5:

The owner had a fishfinder sat nav or something a Garmin unit nearly new which he has taken out , trying to get that to swing the deal :fingerscrossed:
so we shall see if i get that or not..
They are fully equipping with flags lifejackets ropes etc as well .. i think as a dealer they have to by law maybe ..

This is our 1967 SRV 180/IO It has the 160hp Mercruiser Six in it and is solid as a rock. I've since added the bow piece trim, new period correct horns, proper prop...a 19 pitch...and replaced the cracked instrument panel.

Here's our '81 SR245. Needed a 4th boat like I needed a hole in the head. The Admiral got tired of my runabouts and wanted something bigger. Never owned a Sea Ray before; gotta admit, she's a nice old boat!
