sea pro hull plug?

I just bought a 1989 21cc sea pro and i was wondering why there is no Hull plug. I was thinking he worked on the transom but it has no signs of being repaired at all. any thoughts?

Look on the inside of the hull if posible. On other sea pro photos i did see drain plugs. Maybe they place it in the bottom of hull or perhapse it was optional on your model. If you add one be sure to epoyy the transom to keep water from wicking from bilge water.
