Winterization of a Sanger 215V?

Hello, I just purchased my 08 Sanger 215v in June. I have never winterized a boat and the dealers around me are asking min of $400.00 to complete the task.

I have a Mercruiser Black Scorpion 330. I live in Colorado. Here comes the questions:

I changer oil when winterizing?
Disconnect all the hoses?
Pull all the plugs?
And run antifreeze through the engine?
Do I flog the engine?

I never received an owners manual for the boat engine when it was purchased. Does anyone know a link where I can get a step by step instructions on winterization of the Mercruiser Black Scorpion?
