tach doesnt work or goes to 1 when power is off. But once i turn the key on powgager goes to it because the grage goes to 0. So may be ground? And gage same thing. And the take off to pull skier it wont pull them up. It takes time to wind up?????? And to set the Carbs so run in sink or no. And how to ujust ??????? Thanks for your time...
