I'll try. Is this a porta-pottie or permanant? If permanant, do you see a foot pedal near the base of the head?
Washdown pump will have a fuse, circuit breaker or switch somewhere. Follow the wires if possible. It's a demand pump so when energized, you'll have a constant stream of water at the tap.
