According to the brochure it is a 1960 Edinboro. I am looking for someone that has a similar model to share some info. I am in the process of picking up the boat. I am hopping to do it this Saturday. I am borrowing a family members trailer . From the pictures it look that the transom will need attention. As far as the motor I do not have one. Looking for a decent motor.

Congrats on your new boat! I have a 1961 MFG Westfield. We just replaced the transom on ours last winter. It seems like a lot of the MFGs from this vintage seem to get floppy transoms. There's a few different ways to repair them. We looked into pouring a new one using Seacast, but in the end, we opted to remove the wood from the old one and replace it with new marine plywood. If there's any info that I can help with or parts that you need, let me know. I parted out a 1963 MFG Westfield last winter and I have some spare hardware and some other random stuff. Here's a pic of mine.

Very late to the party here... but that's definitely a 1960 Edinboro. I have the same one in red. Your's looks like it's been *heavily* modified. They didn't come with the aluminum around the transom, bottom paint, or that door type thing up under the deck. Keep all of the hardware, it was made by Wilcox Crittenden and extremely hard to find.
