McKee 1800CC fuel leak into bilge

I have a '91 1800 CC pulse that recently began leaking fuel out of the bilge. I have inspected the fore and aft ports and can't see where it's coming from. The fill hose and vent hose appear intact and there is no evidence of leaking around the sending unit.

I guess I need to pull up the deck and look at the whole tank. Do I need to remove the center console and unhook all connections to do this?

From what I read on the "TheHullTruth" forum, the CC needs to be removed to remove the fuel tank cover. The good news is that you don't have to cut the deck to get at the tank
