A year ago a lady gave me a 1960 lone star flamingo, she said she had no idea were the title was. Her husband had passed away several years earlier. She signed a paper stating that she was giving me the boat. The boat was setting on the ground and had been left unattended for 10 years. I spent time over the last year a got the hull looking very nice, BUT I went to get it titled and found out that here husband never transferred the title to his name, it was still in his parents name and they passed away many years ago. So I am stuck I can not title it, Its not worth spending a lot of money with a court order. Any Ideas???
