Larson. Vents

I bought a boat with no vents I'm wondering when I replace theese round vents is there a hose on the inside like for a blower if any of the vents have no hose couldn't rain water blow in on the motor if there is. I hose ?

My Larson 186SEI has similar vent holes. One of them (on the port side) is connected to the blower. The other three are connected to hoses that also vent the floor of the engine compartment (although they have no blowers). Does that help?

My Larson 206SEI has the same vent hole. The more starboard one on the port side has a hose to the blower. The other 3 have hoses to various places around the engine. I ordered 4 new vents for mine from Larson. They are plastic with a chrome finish.
