several fisher questions

Hello all....recently purchased a 2000 fisher 1860 boat and have some questions:

1) Boat was repowered with a merc 115 4 stroke efi, is the tach the boat came with compatable? The tach fluctuates randomly when the motor isn't. The tach is set on 6p 4C.

2) The aft port livewell seems to drain on its own, or not drain when I think it should. Suggestions? (FIXED)

3) The fake wood dash panels are all faded an ugly orange. Are there good quality replacements, or should I try to remake my own or paint them?

Ok, so now I have more questions

A) The needle "fell" off the pin in the volt/amp gauge and the gauge doesn't seem to open. Am I stuck buying a new one?

B) The boat is a WT type, the plastic around the windshield has multiple cracks, what works best to seal those cracks so they don't continue?
