2008 2440 Ztrak Shake/Vibration

Hey Guys, anyone ever have a shake or vibration on take off on up through higher rpm? Feels like an out of balance issue. Engine is smooth out of gear, had drive removed to check bearings/joints, all is good. Has 5.7Gxi Volvo duoprop

Any nicks on the props? Nick on the prop could throw it out of balance.
