OK I am trying to find replacement gauges or a reasonable and inexpensive way of replacing/updating all of my gauges even if it means changing the dash panel. I have a 1995 Crownline 250CR. If anyone is familiar with this boat the gauges mount from the rear and the glass/plastic cover of the gauge is raised up about 1/4 - 1/2 inch so it doesn't sit flush with the panel. A crownline dealer told me these were only installed in 95 & 96. I have contacted the maker of the gauge Faria but haven't received a response. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Replacement gauges???

I called Faria's toll free number and they will rebuild your guages for a nominal fee. If you want a new guage, go through westmarine and order them with the part number on the guage and Faria will build to order. It's not that expensive, my tach will cost me 100 bucks new. It takes 3 weeks for a new guage and 5 weeks for a rebuild. If the guage is too bad they will simply send you a newly built guage.
