Cobalt Depth Sounder / Finder Issues

I did see the previous posts requesting the depth sounder manual but it appear the topic was closed. My 2006 220 always seems to show less than 5ft even when it is obviously much deeper. I'm wondering if I have it toggled onto the keep depth or something. Anyone have the language from the manual that they can share?

Same here. I just bought a 2001 Cobalt 293 2 days ago, and the depth sounder seems to function, but I have no manual to show how to operate it. Would somebody please PM me with a PDF file, or similar?

Cobalt has Owners Manuals on site for your 293. http://www.cobaltboats.com/art/manua...ner_manual.pdf Page 293.2 says the depth sounder is made by Humminbird. So Humminbird is the place to look for operating instructions.
