I recently obtained a free 15 ft boat with a Chrysler 45 outboard on it but im having a couple issues that I am really hoping I can get some feedback on and maybe wont be toe expensive to fix because im ready to hit the water and fish 
. Anyway the first issue is that The boat runs great while the neutral warm up switch is engaged but when I disengage it the boat dies. but after warmed up I can start in neutral but I have to immediately give it gas when it starts to turn over or it dies??? Also I cannot get the motor to turn left or right? I thought maybe it was the cable so to took off the nut that holds it to the motor and when I did the wheel turned left and right and the cable went in and out but when I tightened the bold back the wheel was froze and motor wouldn't turn?? I have even tried to manually turn the motor but it is stuck?? Please someone help me get this boat water ready I would be forever grateful. Thank you in advance for any and all help. God Bless.
