What year and model is this boat?

I recently traded two Yamaha Virago motorcycles for this boat.(one kind of running,the other not)I would like to hear from anyone who knows about the Chrysler Conqueror boat line.The guy I got it from thought it was a 1977.But I'm thinking it's a 1978 Conqueror 140.As it's 18' long and rated for a 140 Hp.motor.I would like to put the correct motor on it.Any information on these boats would be appreciated.As well as where to get parts,ect.All I really know about it right now,is it seems really solid.And I think it's a cool looking boat.

Awesome boat! Yeah that really needs a nice big white Chrysler outboard on it. 105-140HP would be sweet.

Thank you sir.I like her too!!And your right, it definately needs a big Chrysler motor on it.I'm leaning towards a 140HP.Now it's just a matter of finding the right motor, at the right price.I also own a little Star Craft 14' with a Merc 50on it.And a Thornes 14' Crusader with a tiny 51/2 Johnson.Both great little boats.

Welcome to the forum Doug. The manufacturer-specific sections on here are pretty lightly visited. However, the general sections are buzzin'! Hopefully we see you up in the restoration or Chrysler/Force sections soon.
