I'm sure this has been answered hundreds of times, so I apologize in advance.
My family has a 1979 Chrysler boat with a 1978 105hp outboard engine which runs great as long as it's not at full throttle. As soon as you get the boat at full speed, the engine begins to cutout/miss. It seems to do it more often when turning or when hitting waves. We have replaced the fuel lines, spark plugs, used Sea Foam in the gas, and carburetor cleaner. We have also tried using a different removable fuel tank with new connections. Nothing has improved. We're assuming it's the fuel pump.
I was just wondering what you guys think the problem is and if there's anything else to try.
