HELP with Hydro Air System

I have a mid 90's Champion. With the one large livewell in the back. I had to change my fill pump and my aerator pump. The hydro air system was working before I changed the pumps. I checked all my switches and ended up having to rewire both pumps back to the three way switch on the control panel. All pumps work great except now my hydro air isn't working!! I have checked that switch to and it has power. Anyone have any insight on what's going on? The switch is located under the gear shift and also has a timer beside it. Thank You for your help!
