You might be right, but as far as the puke-colored Cardel, there is a drain cut into the starboard side of the boat where the sink would drain. If this Cardel was special ordered, then someone screwed up at the factory and drilled a useless hole into the side of the boat that did not need to be there. That said, it is more than likely that one of the owners of this Cardel simply removed the bar set-up, at some point.
I have a factory brochure from 1986 and the bar set-up which Century called the "entertainment center" is listed as "standard" on the Cardel, so someone would have had to "delete" a standard option...At least in 1986.
