Ok, enjoying the info posts here. I have recently acquired a 1700, and am seeking info about the transom holes..which ones to plug prior to launch? Also, anyone have knowlege as to where to obtain the orginal top? I'd hate to splurge for a custom one first. This project boat has been used for 10 years; has a 1995 Johnson 90, any guess to speed?
