1988 Bluefin Fuel problem

I looked at buying a Bluefin boat today and it didn't seem to get fuel.
There is a tank in the bow not sure if there is a fuel pump or not I saw something under a little black cap right above the tank and it looked like a fuel pump.. No fuel was getting from the tank to the squeeze bulb so I disconnected the filter and plugged fuel line right into my 5 gallon gas can and got it started.
So is there a fuel pump or not???

What type of motor? The gas tank is in the BOW?? Do you have any pics of the boat?

No No pictures. Fuel pump was located on motor it was bad and fuel filter was plugged. Did not buy the boat needed more work then I wanted to do. Found a 20 foot Searay owned by one owner never been off of lake Tahoe. In immaculate condition for $2000.
