Does anyone have any opinions or experience with arriva boats, I was told that bayliner was the maufacturer of them. Just would like some input on them. The one I'm looking at is a 24 foot cuddy with a 454 in it, it is a 1990 as well. Anything at all would be great, or if someone knows a forum or something like that.
Thanks

Re: Arriva 2450

I own an 89 arriva. Mine was maid by US Marine, but I think Bayliner purchased the line in early 90's.

Love the lines, love the boat. it is a heavy boat, but well built.

Re: Arriva 2450

Im looking at one myself, seems to be a good boat, but it sounds like its a heavy boat also. the one im looking at is a 24' open bow. I am just a little concerned about the weight and the wake it will make on the smaller inland lakes here in michigan.

Re: Arriva 2450

I have been looking at some 1989 24 foot arrivas and would really like to purchase one. I have been hearing different opinions on the 350 versus the 454 and am wondering which way to go. I am not concerned about going 70 miles per hour. Of course each seller tells me something different. The one with the 350 in it is in a lot nicer shape and that is what I was leaning towards. Looking for advice from someone who owns one or the other?! Thanks.

I'm sure the 350 is nice but 260 hp on that big heavy hull it'll be sluggish. my 454 is fast sor that big a runabout very few 20
+ will run with it other than few fishing boats . wake is big not a skyi boat but tons of power an speed I've owned 2 a 2150 and a 2450 the small one wuld beat you to death on a rough day . the 2450 just cut right through it . on small lakes in arkansas

You won't be disappointed in the boat . the engine power and speeds of the 350 might not be up to par but the 330h.p. 454 is pretty mean for the weight of the boat .I can get 60-65 no problem .
